Registration Instructions:

1) Click on the Register Here link below and enter the information for your child.  Must be ages 5 to 11.  Make sure to enter your email.

2) We will send you an email and schedule a FREE consultation with one of our SportsDome “Get Active Advocate”

3) 15-minute Consultation with a SportsDome advocate.  Bring yourself and your child(ren).

4) During the consultation, the SportsDome advocate will provide your family the following:

  • FREE pedometer for your child(ren) so you can track the steps your child(ren) takes in a given day
  • FREE binder with get active literature
  • FREE 24-Hour Movement Guide for children ages 5 to 17
  • FREE 24-Hour Movement Guide for adults 18-64
  • FREE 24-Hour Movement Guide for toddlers age 0 to 4 (optional)
  • FREE 24-Hour Movement Guide for Pregnancy (optional)
  • FREE Get Active Goal Sheet
  • FREE SportsDome Fridge Magnet to display your health goals for the family
  • A walk through on how to use all of the information to get your family active
  • Answer any questions you/your family have
